I was riding my bicycle on Caswell Beach Road and was really impressed with how nice a new house looked, then I realized that it wasn't new, just painted a very appealing green. Talk about going green, this house looked new and I knew better! What a payoff for a home to sell or just for personal pride. Also, that custom mural that you love will probably be a sticking point for a prospective buyer, so if you decide to sell please paint over the nude over the bathtub while you're at it.

Margaret, that is so true. All the purple flowers and butterflies won't really appeal to everyone either. Fresh paint can make a huge difference.
