A client says, in passing,

 

Client:  I just found out that a friend of mine and his wife are expecting their first baby.  They want to get out of their apartment as soon as possible and into their own home.

 

You:  Here’s my card – ask him to give me a call.

No call, no transaction, no commission check.

 

How many times have you been in a referral moment, and walked away with no referral?

 

What if you had the right Magic Words to turn that referral moment into an immediate introduction to a potential client?

Change is good. Like my daddy used to say... “Keep doin' what you're doin' - keep gettin' what you've got."

Don't try to do too many things at once. Follow the directions. :-) Call us when ever you need help. Stay connected on the message board. Get into a "Do Group" with another member for increased accountability.

     I am a v-e-r-y long time fan of Joe's.  I girst met Joe when we were both young! :-)                           I was not aware there was a BRO Group on the Rain! Fantastic!  Are there any Do Groups for accountability? I have been looking for an accountability partner(s) for some time.
