I represent a client with a need to purchase an office or R&D building, at a distressed price, with the following requirements:

  • Size:  20,000 40,000 SQ FT building, preferably to accommodate clients own needs
    • Would consider a building up to 40,000 SQ FT + with 20,000 SQ FT available with some tenants in place
  • Type:  Office/R&D Space
  • Timeframe:  6 Months with Occupancy At Closing
  • Location:  Ann Arbor Area

Hi Jason,

Sounds like a solid project.  Im in Birmingham MI and focus on commercial real estate financing and am very aware of the issues with getting commercial mortgagesclosed in our state.  We do sba, conventional and non conventional commercial financing from $500 k to $20 mil.  We also have long term fixed rate commercial mortgages - up to 20 years fixed.
