Who Teaches My Kids These Things?

By
Real Estate Agent with KW Hometown 1756879

Sitting down this morning at the kitchen table and working on my laptop, my son walks in and asks for something to eat (Yes, he ate breakfast - what kind of parent do you think I am?). After asking for permission, he walks to the pantry and gets some pretzels. Next thing I know he is sitting with a plate of pretzels asking me "Dad, what does this one look like?"

WHO TEACHES KIDS THESE THINGS?

I find this funny because I remember vividly making precision bites to get my pretzels to look like glasses to wear, or letters or birds! I never taught my kids to do this, but so far every one of them does.

This morning he made a watering can, an arrow, the letter "N", and a slew of others. Probably my favorite is the turtle. Check it out!

Pretzal Turtle - Is it a Ninja Turtle?

WHAT DO YOU SEE IN THESE?

What do you see in these pretzels?

"N" for NEATO!

Pretzel fun

Get ready for years and years of fun and challenges with kids. With each age somehow comes different challenges and God gives us the wisdom and strength to move thru it.

Beautiful thing!

Think they are born with this gift of making images out of pretzels.

Very cool. I remember those days with my kiddo's.

Fun times, they go to quickly.

Missy - My kids are 10, 5, and 2 and it is already going too quickly. I always joke with my kids and ask them if they will stay the same age.

Steve,

You mean you've never done this with your pretzels? I thought everyone did. :)
