Bargain Price on Lake Sinclair

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Lane Realty Eatonton, GA Lake Sinclair, Milledgeville, 706-485-9668 GREC# 169695

An agent, Evelyn Hawkins, in my office just listed this charming A-Frame on the lake.  It's bargain priced at only $225,000.  Now you are not going to get BIG water and BIG view for this price, but it's quiet, filled with charm and a perfect get-a-way from it all.

And the water is deep enough to fish and to take your boat from your dock out to the BIG part of the lake.

The home is 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and has multi level decks, screened porch, dock and lovely landscpaing.

It's located in Crooked Creek Cove and it's price below the assessed value.  Oh there is also a screened porch that lets you expand your living area.  This house is must see at this price before you buy.

Mary- there are just a few places on the lake where the land across the lake in your view is undeveloped.  My parents home is across the water from National Forest lands so they and I hope it will NEVER be developed.  It certainly was one of the reasons they choose that location.  The land across from this place is private owned, but he lives in France and wants ten fortunes for it, so I think it will be a LONG time.

Steve- I've been fishing on this lake for over 40 years now.  It's still one of my favorite things to do.

Hi Tammy, this looks like heaven to me, I like quiet! I moved to Georgia 3 1/2 years ago and never realized how many lakes we have here, it's fantastic!!!

Cynthia- Just my little bit of trivia to add to your wealth of useless information... men built all of them.  Georgia has NO natural lakes.  All lakes in Georgia are dammed rivers.  Oh and MY lake stays full in droughts, we have a 17,000 acre holding pond to keep us full.

Well I love useless trivia (my minds crammed full of it) Tammy as I'm sitting here thinking about those biscuits you make that I don't have this morning :(

I'm near Lake Lanier and as you know that one does not stay full in droughts. But I  just love it here in Georgia, the people are so friendly. It seems I had family here in Coweta Co back in the 1800's, so I felt right at home as soon as I stepped foot on the red clay!
