This week we have been working with the Four Seasons Residence Club Team. We are getting ready for some "one on one's" in Punta Cana, Santo Domingo and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Most if not all of our clients are International clients mainly from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Brazil. Four Seasons offers a GREAT opportunity for First Time Vail investors. Four Seasons Vail will consist of 120 hotel rooms, including suites, 16 whole ownership Private Residences and only 19 fractional residences within the Residence Club. All owners will have access to the legendary luxury, quality and intuitive service associated with all Four Seasons properties worldwide.
A very special owner amenity will be ski in - ski out attended valet and storage services located adjacent to the Vista Bahn lift at the base of Vail Mountain.
The Four Seasons Vail Residence Club offering will include only 8 two bedroom, 8 three bedroom and 3 four bedroom residences in 1/12 share fractions. Each fraction will give owners 21 peak season (winter and/or summer) days of use and additional non-peak season days each year. In addition, Residence Club owners will enjoy reciprocal use privileges with their peak season ownership among all other Four Seasons Residence Clubs as well as ski valet and storage services at the base of Vail Mountain.
Four Seasons Vail fractional ownership is only being offered in 1/12 share interests, or 3 peak season weeks each year plus one additional week which can be used each year, based on availability, on shorter reservation notice. Any of your 3 peak season weeks may be exchanged to any other Four Seasons Club location each year and your fourth week may also be exchanged with a shorter reservation window.
The most interesting aspect in the pre-construction reservation opportunity, is that you only need $10,000 to reserve your unit - the $10k's are 100% REFUNDABLE if you decide not to move forward with the purchase agreement.
