I found a great website that allows you to post listings that would appeal to pilots. It called AvaitionAcres.com.
I have a 6 acre parcel, in an area with a small airport, Roy E. Ray Airport.
Walker Road in Irvington, AL 
I added Walker Road. Then I was reading the e-mail I received, telling me about the website. It said to consider the fact that many major waterfront listings could and should be marketed to pilots who are looking for property for their floatplanes. I had never thought of that.
So I added the 34 acre parcel I have on Mobile Bay.
8955 Dauphin Island Pkwy. Theodore AL 
I was looking for good waterfront/equestrian website for this property (let me know if you know of one), because this is a very unique property. It has 650' of waterfront on Mobile Bay with 34 acres of fenced horse pastures, stands of giant pines, cypress barns, show barns and paddocks. There are actually two main houses that enjoy unobstructed views of Mobile Bay and Gillard Island.
So an aviation website was not what I was looking for, but I love to find a new idea. Now I am looking through my listings to see what else could be marketed here.
Next time I list waterfront - I'll think aviation!
