Grant Creek is located west along Broadway (Hwy. 10) to include the Canyon Creek area along Expressway, and north from W. Broadway (Hwy. 10) up the Grant Creek Drainage.
From July 1, 2008 to July 1, 2009, there were 28 sales in the Grant Creek area that ranged from $121,300 to $850,000 with a median home sales price of $292,000 which is one of the highest in Missoula.
