Web 2.0 The Internet has been used for information gathering since it's inception, but, now, we are seeing the concept of community becoming a more integral part of the expectations of users. As this expands, the sharing of information through interactive means, such as blogs, becomes preferable to posting static information. People who engage their prospects are finding it gives them an edge. Some of the ways to jump on this bandwagon are by creating a Blog, creating more video and using it in creative ways, joining listservs and communities that will let you get to know people and build your online presence.
