The Tri-Lakes housing market continues to be a Buyer's Market, as there is currently a 13.5 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET".   Sales were down 17% from 2008 to 2007, but pricing was only down 10%  from 2008 to 2007.  Sales continue to be soft in 2009.
