Ginger, you probably have this on your web site as well. You should add this to your localism as well.

Ginger - Where does it pull the information to determine the rate?  I see that it links to Zillow; however the rates seem to be based off lender's advertised rates and not actual rates a borrower would qualify for.  Use caution with this tool as it could lead customers to think their monthly payments could be lower than the actual payments.

Hey Ginger, these mortgage calculators are also good for "swagging" what a seller's payoff will be if you know when they purchased the home.
