I'm offering my services to anyone interested in purchasing a home in the Bent Creek neighborhood in Asheville North Carolina. I've lived in this neighborhood for two years and have been remodeling the home that I purchased since then. I've had the pleasure of meeting and working for some of the people in the Bent Creek neighborhood and I feel that they are great people who are passionate about their families as well as their hobbies, and Bent Creek forest is a great place to have hobbies, especially for an outdoor type.
I've learned a lot about the homes in the Bent Creek area in the last 2 years. They were all mostly built around 40 years ago by the same builder and each home has similar qualities which shows that the builder had a particular style that he stuck with. The great thing about this Asheville neighborhood is that many people are buying these houses and bringing them up to today's standards. Examples would be hardwood floors, new architectural shingles, new decks, walkways, along with total kitchen remodels or additions.
Having the pleasure of working on these homes along with inspecting them, I've learned what to look for on these particular homes. For the most part these homes are built well with hardly any structural problems that I've found so far. But I do strongly advise that an Asheville Home Inspector be contacted when a person is interested in purchasing one of the Bent Creek homes. I do know that many of the homes in this neighborhood are previous rental units and need quite a bit of TLC. If you currently looking at one of these homes to purchase and are wondering about the condition, visit my website,(www.farrishomeinspections.com), look over my sample report, the report covers a home in Bent Creek. Call me for any questions, my number is on the website! Thanks!
