Again, your stats for Monument have surprised me!  The 40% at $100,000 or more is a bit surprising, but it is what makes the lower priced homes MORE surprising to me! Is the first one, on your last row, a typo?

Hi, Cheryl, I worked very hard to get all the columns lined up, nice and neat, and then when I posted they all got jumbled. So my next post was a call for help with html tables. It was answered, so I'm going to do a little studying and hopefully produce readable stats. I say all this because I don't know which number you are inquiring about. The bullet points were taken from a demographics website and retyped by me, so there could be typos. The table data was copied and pasted into Excel, then into Word and then here. (This is information I have permission to reproduce.) But, I don't think there are errors in the table. Except for the poor misalignment of data.

On the third row, under Summary, am I reading that the lowest priced property was listed at $110,000? Sold at $195,000?  A bidding war in Monument, or a typo?
