Ann - I could certainly handle the deck of one of those boats too!

Lisa - And a very nice back yard you have too:-)  Please don't lock the gate on me:-)

Debi - Your right it's one of the most beautiful places on earth. . .It's hard to take a bad picture of it.

Liz - It was exceptionally calming being there.  It was about 8:00 am on a Sunday morning, and there weren't many people on the lake. . .YET!

Goodness Myrl, it doesn't get much better than this! I remember how large the pinecones were there! They must have been at least 10 or 11 inches long - I have never seen pinecones like that, and I have never seen a more beautiful lake.

Myrl, I love the picture.  We love sailing but there's got to be a little more wind than that or it is engine time.

We have a Catalina 22 right now but are considering doing an upgrade to a 26 foot here soon.  My husband has a particular type of boat he wants so we are watching.

Jack and Izzy - The lake would make both of you very happy:-)

Caron - It's difficult to take a "bad" picture of the lake.

Sandy - Put Lake Tahoe on your "bucket list". . .You don't want to shuffle off without seeing it:-)

Gerry - I take 75% of my pictures in the morning.

Mary - Yes, there are some really large pinecones on trees in the Sierras.  They even amaze me.

Xinh - I could handle laying on the deck looking at the sky all day, while the boat rocked from side to side.

Marchel - I would think that sailing would be a wonderful sport.  I've had a few boats in my life, but they have always been motorized.

Jim - You need to make a point to visit the lake. . .It's worth the effort.

Jenny - The trees just kind of got in the way to form a frame:-)

Terrie - I'm glad you enjoy the pictures!  I have a daughter over in your neck of the woods (Reno).
