Can you roll with the Punches...or do you just give up?

I have been working on a project for my Step-Daughter.  I am putting new time on the garage.  Now, the garage was built by an amature.  Things are not level or straight.  The lumber was used and crooked and I am trying to make things look nice.   It seams that every step  I take another issue crops up.  I get frustrated spout a few blue colored words and figure it out and move on.

I look at my Real Estate deals.  Am I stopping taking a deep breath (after the Blue words) and forging ahead with a possible solution.  For the most part I am, but I look back and I can see times that I could have tried harder.

I have learned from this project that not everything goes like clock work and that is I try hard enough, I should find a solution.  Admitting my weakness is not easy, but it does improve ME!

No, everything doesn't always go as planned. But you have to stay in the game to win it!

There are a lot of things in this life that aren't easy to obtain, but most of them are worth having if you hang in there and see things through.

Sometimes the universe/God puts challenges before you that you NEED. I say let the blue words out and go on. Keep putting one foot in front of the other. Good Luck with the garage.

I'm sure your stepdaughter appreciates your hard work.  We all feel like giving up at time, but keep taking one step at a time.  The finished product will be worth it.

Good analogy.  Every transaction seems to need perseverence these days. Those of us who can work through it will be left standing.

I hope your garage comes out well!

Bill...

Real estate, building, or any other profession requires the ability to work with what you've got and solving problems. Good analogy.
