Have you seen this video? This shows the value of teamwork and following an established plan. This is a Japanese band who recruited some of their fans with webcams, gave them insturctions, and then they put all the webcam videos together in a mosaic. People are linking arms and doing all sorts of things without ever seeing each other. Very clever, and it took them about 3 months to stitch the videos all together.
So whether or not you love the music, I think you will enjoy the video.
