Most of you that follow my posts, know that I am constantly thinking out of the box and throwing in my 2¢'s worth every chance I get. Well, the other day, I coerced, fellow ActiveRain members Ellen Anderson and Aileen Schwendimann, kicking and screaming to my studio office to do a video presentation of one of their listings. (not really) Although nervous at first, they soon settled down and got into the act (literally and figuratively).
Although, video presentations such as this are really nothing new, I do not see a lot of real estate agents use this cutting edge technology to promote themselves, their customers or their listings. As we all know, Google ♡'s videos and gives a lot of juice to these. Because ActiveRain is a great sounding board, I would really appreciate your feedback as we all need all the help we can get.
