INTRODUCTION
We had 2 condos sell in the last 2 weeks here. One was a bank owned and the other was a short sale.
The bank owned one sold for a hech of a price. $132k for a 1 bedroom condo in Fair Lakes. It did need some minor work though. We had another 1 bedroom come on the market and its a short sale so it could take a little while to close on that one but what a great deal!
2 condos are also under contract so we will have those numbers when they close soon.
