I could not sleep last night. I was so excited when I got to hang out with Erik Hitzelberger when he recently flew into New York that I couldn't find the right words to get my blog post done. Sometimes I bang stuff out off the top of my head and let 'em rip. Other times, I take days, weeks, even months to tell you something (LOL).
Seriously! You'd be amazed if you knew how many drafts I have to go with the endless collection of eye candy on my computer. There are animations in various stages of completion here. New series to showcase old quirks. Lots of paintings in progress for the upcoming gallery show you guys are gonna get sneak previews to. Stephen, Noah and I have been quite busy getting a children's book together. Different sized canvass have different themes and we're rolling out four series simultaneously. The pen and inks are coming along lovely and poor Michelle is gonna be in sketchbook hell in a minute (LMAO). Gotta tease my gal pals and keep the conversation flowing. ;-)
I have been drafting for days and think I may have some of it up by this Sunday (or late tonight). Will be working late night with a client and visiting a Rainer, so I may be missing in action for most of the day. Erik's visit is definitely an overdue blog post, among other things, so stay tuned for a barrage of late night posts if I actually get in by 10PM. Last night I came home after 11 (LOL). Seems I spent the evening being lost in a gated community with my girlfriends who had an interesting holistic experience I shall not talk about (ROTFL). Sea Gate was worth it. I love when work doesn't feel like work. :-)
So, is there a point to these random musings? Well... um... yeah (LOL). I am thinking about this stuff while I am fooling around in Brooklyn with my friends and running down my cell phone battery doing the Ambassador thing with an agent who only has four months in. I'm telling her all the crap I went through while not learning and she's shocked because they're doing the very same thing to her. WTF??? Freaky tradition? Co-inky-dinky? What are the odds that I keep running into this crap from supposedly tenured peers???
Do Realtors Haze? I'm starting to wonder about that... I am reserving that as a title for a new blog post. Seriously... Why do I feel like so many people were taken advantage of when first starting out that there's this subconscious trigger that goes off when THEY MEET A NEWBIE AND START TO GET EVEN BY CALLING IT "GAINING EXPERIENCE" while SCREWING PEOPLE OVER??? Yes, I am yelling at you (LOL). I need some feedback please. Thank you in advance. ;-)
Mentoring Minion Style is going to be very interesting. I like this new gig (LOL). I hope I get some feedback before noon. We're hooking up in the early afternoon. I have to teach her some basics because Chicka doesn't blog. Chicky didn't even have the word in her vocabulary (LOL). That's about to change. I'm going back to Brooklyn to set her up and bring her into the Club Chaos fold with a vengeance so I shall be filming and writing from Brooklyn today. I have a willing victim newbie eager to embrace the social media divide and will introduce you to her later. First, I have to check out her office and meet some of her peers while setting up her new accounts (AR, FAcebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). Being a visual person, I like putting names to faces. I am also wondering if the term blog is not in their vocabulary as well. I kinda hope so because I want to teach her how to use social media to build her business and am looking forward to pimping her new blog and flipping a few not nice people the digital finger (LMAO). I promise to be very nice about it (ROTFL). I can be nice when I want to. Seriously...(I will behave - honest! Dang... methinks I doth protest too much, eh? LOL)
Besides, I don't want to get anyone in trouble, I just want my new friend to do well and not stumble through wasting time like I did before Melodious rescued me from myself (LMAO). After watching my newbie experiment unfold, if you need help setting up an Outside Blog, shoot me an e-mail. I will walk you through it like I am about to do Joyce. (I may even visit if you're close enough. I like visiting especially if you have Hagen Daz - LOL).
BTW, Erik and I did the Hard Rock Cafe in Manhattan so stay tuned for another Wordy C interview to keep you occupied while I create more havoc stuff to make fun of.
Yup. I'm in a teasing mood today (OMG- Nooooooooo. Okay, yeeeeeeesssss.)
Wonder what we're going to talk about later on today? Hmm... Any suggestions? Feel free to make a list here. I am open for suggestions (LMAO).
