Or you could give them a dress code (i.e. wear this, no that ...)

It would depend on the uniform.  If it was professional and tasteful, it could go over very well but go mostly unnoticed.  If it was fun and crazy, it might would generate some chatter amongst people and get you all noticed.  If it was a Hooter's uniform....well...oh nevermind.  LOL

There are 6 teams in my office and they have a Uniform of the Day ( red shirt Mon etc) and it sets them apart while making them look like a Business. I say YES it works

What a great idea- I'm going to have shirts made up with the logo, and save on some postage.  Thanks for the post!

The term "uniform" is sort of ambigious.

If you're thinking of say, a nice polo short with a monogrammed logo along with some khaki pants that would be nice.

Being an old military veteran the term "uniform" conjures up visions of stiffly starched khaki pants and shirt with shiny black shoes and a hat. ;-)

Susan, I think that idea could be pulled off if your logo and/or company name is prominent and they wear your colors.  Good idea.  If you implement this uniform, let us know how it works.  I'm interested.

I guess it would depend on the 'uniform'.  I would think a golf shirt with a logo and kaki's would be nice and casual
