After you've have your Chiropractic adjustment you'll have the option of going in to the room for "stims" (electrical muscle stimulation) It is series of small electric shocks that relax the muscles. You can lay on cool ice packs or heat pads depending on what therapy you need. That's always my favorite part. It's very relaxing.
