Can Someone Help?

Hope everyone is having a great day!

I am doing a BPO for a foreclosure property for an asset management company. The (NREOB) BPO template is for Adobe. However, when I go to save the BPO it states that the form can not be saved... and I am forced to start over again. It lets me print a copy, but this is not sufficient for what they require. They want me to upload the BPO and photo addendum together. Does someone know of what I am referring to? If so, can you offer some helpful guidance? I have spent hours trying to figure this out.
