First Time Homebuyer's Program

I just came back from the Star Power Conference in Denver, Colorado and listened to Gary Keller of Keller Williams, Earl Lee of Prudential Allan Doub, a Star Power from PA. and Jim Gillespie of CB. As time gets closer to the end of the government incentive for the first time home buyer program (December 1, 2009). The question is if this will be extended or a new program will be implemented. This will just depend how the market will be as it ends as more first time home buyers are taking advantage of the program. The question is will this program will be open for everybody especially the move up market that is not in exsistence or very low at the present time.
