One house sold in The Preserve in Greenwood Village in June. This house sold for only 63.2% of the original list price, that is almost a million dollar reduction from the original price. Homes are staying longer on the market this year compared in 2008 and on average selling for lower price per square foot and yielding a lower percentage of the original asking price.
