Since I first got licensed as a real estate agent 16 years ago, PEI waterfront properties contiued to climb in value. In fact, there are many people kicking themselves for not picking up a piece of prime Prince Edward Island land back then. At the time I introduced people to great deals, but only a few took advantage and they are the satisifed ones now. Finally after years and years of increases, putting prices out of reach for most Islanders, PEI has once again become an incredible place to invest some real estate dollars. With low interest rates, more land than buyers (even waterfront) and slower tourism seasons this year and last all add up to the best time in decades to find an undervalued gem. Whether looking near Cavendish beach, Charlottetown, or Stratford, PEI, deals can be found.
