Vacant Staging....What a difference...PART 1

By
Home Stager with Cincinnati Home Stager

Why sell a house that is completely empty? This particular vacant house is as the Realtors like to say..."BETTER THAN NEW!"....however...Staging it can make all the difference!  This house is located in a beautiful subdivision with lots of new construction.  It's competition is brand new builders spec homes as well as the option for potential buyers to visit the gorgeous model home down the street and decide to build themselves.

These sellers were smart to stage. They've got alot of tough competition.  Staging is an investment.  Who's house do you think will sell faster.....empty builder spec homes or theirs?

People love before and after pictures and sometimes that is what it takes to get a realtor to understand the value of staging or to get the home owner to understand what it is that we do. There is certainly a world of difference between the before (which exposes the odd change in flooring materials) and the after (which makes perfect sense to ANY buyer). Before and afters are great in non-vacant properties too. Check out the difference! www.stagedmakeovers.com

One stager sponsored a brokers open house after she staged a home - got a great turnout from agents who wanted to see what staging was all about.
