It seems like a long time since I have posted anything, but we have been staging, and so things are a little backed-up in the AR posting dept. This listing is a home that we staged FOR RENT. This client has had us stage many prioperties for her in the pat and all have sold in a short period of time (3 weeks or less) with multiple offers on each. Since we take before photos with an inexpensive camera and the after photos with our nice camera, the end reslults are: the photos are two different sizes, so it makes it hard to post the before/after photos. So, here are the after photos...

Beautiful work, Todd. I staged for a rental not too long ago and they had a wonderful outcome, too. The renters love the home and can tell that it has been well maintained and that the landlord cares about the property.

Liz: All of the inventory is mine. The zebra chairs are Ashley... I was suprised to actually find them...
