Thanks for you help.

John, if you can save them as a .JPG and then just insert them like a photo, that has been the easiest way I have found.
Just as Robert mentioned I have found that saving as a picture file makes it easiest. Good luck.
I would second that. Not sure if there is another easier way to do it. SnagIt is a very good program that allows you to select your chart and save it as .jpg or other format. Or Microsoft Paint can do the job as well with few extra clicks...

Yes, I do and will have to back track for the post. Here is another tip as I am 'excel' challenged. I hate the program so I use Create A Graph.

All right I've given you guys 3 different samples - I better see some fancy stuff in the next couple of weeks! You can check out my posts too if you like - critique them.
John, Thanks for asking the question...I had no idea how to do it either!!
I would like to thank each of you for your help - I think I have it now. thanks again.
Actually, if you make the graph in excel, hit "screen print" and it will copy the whole page onto your computer's clipboard. Open "Paint" (start, progams, accessories, paint) and then click Ctrl V to paste it onto the screen. You can then cut out the part that you want with the paint tools. I usually copy it to Microsoft Image composer to resize and save as a jpg from there. If this sounds confusing, it really isn't! Call or email me if you'd like assistance with "my" method.
I also save my charts as a jpg file, then import as a picture. I've also found that I change the resolution to make them high resolution jpgs, as it helps keep all of the details clear and crisp in the chart.
