I just wanted to let everyone know that in doing so many short sales lately, I have determined that the banks are getting much faster at this. I have especially noticed it with HSBC. I have had two short sales with them and my BPO and Appraisal did get ordered the day they received the hardship package from the Seller. We should be able to close in 2 weeks. I have had so many others that were taking 3 ot 4 months with these banks. If they all could do this faster it would have such a positive impact on this economy as a trickle down effect. Let's stay positive and hope the banks are actually moving quicker! Could this be happening?
