We arrived late so didn't get to ride. Theres a couple of agents in my office who are pilots - there was a potential for a ride, but they weren't sure. It was all I could do to get my family there by 7am and my friends had already launched by that time. It was soooo beautiful!
I have always wanted to take a hot air balloon ride.. I am such a sissy..they are just as fun to watch.. :)

Marianne - Erie is East of Boulder but west of I-25, and it straddles the county line between Boulder and Weld. Cute little old town and nice newer home developments!
Sue - I had fun watching - still haven't gone for a hot air balloon ride, but it's on my list!
