Location Characteristics: Cortlandt Manor, which I consider a hidden jewel in Westchester County, is comprised of several unique villages. Shopping is plentiful (Route 6 and Route 202), there is easy access to the tri-state area via major highways (Taconic and Palisades Parkways) and train stations in Cortlandt Manor and Croton On Hudson. Housing is as diverse as the villages themselves, ranging from the mid 200's for a small cape to multi-million dollar estates. All in all it is a well developed community with a good range of puplic facilities, services and recreational offers.
