Matt, you do get around. That place makes me feel tall and I'm challenged at 5'8". The views of the Ct river in the fall are great.

Have been here many times. The last time we had a picnic with the kids and then visited the castle. The views of the Connecticut river are fantastic.

Hi Charles: I did not know that!!!  Small world.

Hi Susan: Mmmm wine tastings!

Hi Ann: It is really a sight to behold in person.  It is amazing to see all the stonework.

Hi Patricia: It reminds me of those French Castles (you know the ones I have only seen in pictures) just a little smaller than those.

Hi Janice: Yippeee.

Hi Ed: I remember visiting as a kid and it was a clear day and I could see for what looked like forever!

Hi Gabe: Just don't come in the winter - how about in the winter I come see you!!!

Hi James: I wonder what issues you could find there doing a home inspection - LOL!

:)

You grew up in Gillette Castle? Awesome. The best I did was a tour of the Hearst Castle.
