I am glad to say that I have the Designation of SRES which stands for Senior Real Estate Specialist. But I must admit this seems to me like a hard market to crack. I have a real desire to help this wonderful segment of our market, I am having trouble finding the best avenue to get there. I was so excited that I scheduled a seminar at our local senior adult center. I had the donuts and coffee, I booked and attorney that deals with issues that are important to this wonderful group, a reverse mortgage specialist, an insurance agent armed to the gills with great info and I was ready to roll. And then... Nobody showed up! Well I was competing with needle point and bingo, but I thought maybe one eager person would show...NOPE. If anyone has any ideas how to reach this group help me out.
