I am a Virtual Assistant and I work with a woman who has been in the mortgage industry for 25 years. She's developing a training program for loan officers. I would really appreciate any of you new or newish loan officers out there answering a couple of quick questions to help us understand the needs of people new to the industry. If you don't mind, I'd like to know:
1) What were you most worried about learning as a new loan officer?
2) What is the one thing you would most like to know when it comes to the mortgage business?
