A few weeks I wrote a blog post in which I inquired about twitter. At the time, I was on the fence about twitter, and I ended up with tons of comments about its usefulness, and some of the great ways that everyday functions can actually be automated.
One commenter suggested that I watch some video tutorials on You Tube (great idea, which I had not thought of). And now, I am up and running.
But, the more research I did the more questions I had about what I should tweet about. Since my goal is to use twitter for social networking, how personal should my tweets be? Should they just be about business? Should I reveal some of my everyday activities so that I can make the human connection?
I've set up two twitter accounts: one for our brokerage, and one for my short sale gig. Then, I attempted to write a little twitter business plan. For example, for the office twitter account, we can use www.tweetlister.com to tweet all listings (great; it's automated). When we close a transaction, we can tweet about that as well.
I'm just wondering what everyone else is doing. What are your tweets about? Do you have a plan or do you just wing it?
