I visited Lullwater Park the other day. Come along with me as I describe this home currently listed at $749,900. As you enter the home you go up a few steps to the kitchen level. The address is 855 Briarcliff Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30306.
Not to confuse anyone: There is another townhome community in the area called Lullwater Parc with "c" instead of a "k". Those brick townhomes were built around 1970 and range in price from around $220,000 to $280,000. They are located on Ponce de Leon Ave in Atlanta, GA.
