I wonder how many more of these calls I will get in the next 30 days..........
As the day draws ever closer to the end of The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, we know it better as the First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit, will we REALTORS® be getting more phone calls about buying a home? Sitting in the office yesterday morning the phone rings and on the other end of the line was a buyer wanting to see a home. It was not out of an absolute need, NO; it was out of a desire not to miss out on the $8,000 tax credit. So I will be showing this pre-appr0ved couple homes this evening. What about you?

There is one thing that we know for certain and that is this program is scheduled to end at the stroke of midnight on November 30, 2009. And if you are going to purchase a home and take advantage of this tax credit you need to begin to take action, just like the young couple above, and have a contract on your new home and scheduled to close on or before November 30, 2009.
Take a look, this is how much time is left until the clock reaches all zeros and the tax credit has ended.
So, if you are looking to purchase your first home in O Fallon, MO. or St. Charles County, MO give Don Rogers a call today at 314-954-6775 and let's start the process. The time is now.
