First Time Home Buyers $8000 Credit

Is anyone selling homes out there? We have 3.5 months before the $8000. tax credit runs out. This year most of my buyers have been first time home buyers. How can we draw them in to start shopping now so they will benefit from this program. There are so many choices out there.
