All the sellers need is a dynamite Restaurant Broker. The seller wishes to interview Brokers who have owned or managed a restaurant, first. Then if no such professional exists for North Texas, experience in selling Retaurants without managing/owning one would suffice.
A question for all Active Rain members: Sellers wants to kow what type of questions should they have for a restaurant broker. I specialize in single family homes, so I thought I would throw this question out to US Active Rain. Marketing plan would be primary in my opinion, as well as networking, blogging success.
