No time to waste

Times have definitely changed and there are still so many people in the Real Estate business that are waiting for business to come to them.  You sit there and watch them complain that they don't have any business yet they aren't doing anything to better the situation.   Todays market you not only need to pound the pavement but you also need to have a web presence.  92% of the transactions that are started originate from being on the web.  That is just insane to let something like that go unnoticed.

This is just my food for thought this morning.

Web presence will be the key to marketing in the not so distant future.  If you are a realtor who has not made the shift in your marketing strategy today, in ten years you will be working for a realtor who has (or you will be retiring or leaving the business).
