GRANT-VALKARIA, Newly incorporated town in Brevard County, Florida

On Florida's east coast is a small town that has taken the name of the two towns within it's newly incorporated borders, Grant-Valkaria. The town is primarily horse country but is now beginning to grow so the residents decided to incorporate to limit growth. Lot size will be 1 acre plus insuring that a country feeling remains. The town is also home to the Grant Seafood Festivel, whose profits go toward scholarships for the town's children. I am very happy that I decided to invest in this unique and interesting area, near to the Atlantic Ocean, Indian River Lagoon as well as Interstate 95, Disney World and Melbourne's International Airport.
