When dealing with Military relocation to Hawaii there are many things to consider. The first would be the
high rate of BAH that is paid for Military relocation to Hawaii. Bah is monies that is paid to military
personnel for their housing expense. When one is sent to Hawaii via Military relocation there are a few
things that hit home right away. After military relocation to Hawaii one first encounters just how expensive
it is to live in paradise.
The price of homes seems so far out of line, that the thought of home ownership seems an impossible
journey. For many the relocation to Hawaii is an eye opener and a chance to take advantage of a VA Home Loan.
Should one decide on a VA Home Loan they would experience a life changing event. Firstly they
would now have an investment. Either way their BAH is going to be spent. The question is where is it
going to be spent? Not only would the Military relocation to Hawaii pay them more, but it would also
allow for them to invest in a Real Estate market that has doubled in value, every 12 to 14 years, since
1960.
Should one decide to take advantage of the VA Loan because of their Military relocation to Hawaii it is
very important that they work with Real Estate professionals that specialize in the VA transaction.
I know several that are very good so please feel free to ask for a referral. Thank you for your service
and I look forward to providing mine.
