Greetings - Just don't fall for it! I see Real Estate Agents weekly that have a "SEO Horror Story" to tell.

If someone guarantees you top rankings - hang up or delete!

I'm not chasing for business here so there are no ulterior motives to my postings.

Ads can be bought for less than you think - I know of one Realtor that spends $500 a month with Google and sells about three homes a week - no bad eh!?

I know another Real Estate Agent that used techniques I recommended and after a year of complaining to me is now number one and dominating his market! Just as I forecast a year ago! Be patient and the money will flow!

Organic takes time but if you use the right methods will work.

True it is easy but there are many that get it wrong.

There is so much to an SEO campaign that time wise DIY is not always a great idea for a busy or lazy agent!

I think that there are a lot of people who spend the necessary time and effort to become excellent at SEO, just as there are agents who spend the time and effort to become excellent agents. I have been working on my site for a couple of months now and have learned that as soon as I'm done with what I can do, that I'm going to hand my site off to a pro.

Guys the SEO Moz whilst very, very cool is way out of date and I know Rand the owner at SEO Moz is updating this as I type.

Great source.

Me? I'm a big believe in Social Marketing right now and have several Real Estate clients doing well even in this iffy financial climate....
