IS YOUR WEB SITE DRIVING YOU NUTS!!!!!!

10 years ago I started  to explore building my own web site. I used a program provided for free and received a free domain. One of my challenge was to be able to find my web site after I finish building  the templates provided by the xxxx company.

I search for clues that will help me accomplish that, finally after trying everything that I learn I was able to bring my web site to #1 out of 750,000 companies that were using some or all of my key words.

I was so excited that I call my neighbor to witness  what  I accomplish without any web site building knowledge.

That website has now gone and we have given birth to our new site www.homesbyarea.com.

It is important not just to have a nice landing page, IDX, reports or other tools that your prospect can use, but also key words that will help the search engines find your web site.

We purchase our website from PULAN Communication, now E-source. They loaded the site to the Internet, but  that was the end; now is my responsibility to keep paying the monthly bill.

I got to work on all the tricks and tools I use on my previous website to get my http://www.homesbyarea.com on top of the search engines.

Yes, I received hundreds of email marketing  offers to place my site on top of the search engines as you provably are, but the truth is I never hire any body to do what I could do by myself and save thousands of dollars.

I purchase a soft ware that allow me to build a splash page, I included most of my key words on the text, then post my web page to a few search engines using the soft ware. If I needed to up-grade to a must sophisticated program I would have my site place on 100's of search engines.

I am happy to say that our site shows'  on the top 10 on Yahoo,  Google and others, NOT BY PAYING FOR  ADWORDS,  but as an ORGANIC site

There are so many factors that will help you post your site on the top 10, one of them is your site description (keywords) site name, site domain etc. Is not important to be pick buy a search engine but to be pick on most of the keywords base on your site content. I can say that we see our site on the top ten on many different combination of keywords, when other sites will not be pull by the same engine.

Google is changing this and in the future we are going to face with the fact that free advertising will have to be combine with AdWords to be able to have exposure.
