My name is Oliver Botz. I am a Scottsdale Buyers Agent that works for Phoenician Properties Realty. I have been in real estate mortgage industry for over 5 years now and am very happy working as a REALTOR. I started working in Real Estate when I lived in West Palm Beach, Florida. I worked at a busy Real Estate office, Rent 1 Sale 1 Realty, in the heart of West Palm Beach, Florida. When I started working as Real Estate agent I concentrated in helping my clients find homes according to what they wanted in a home, helping both, people looking to buy or rent.

I will send you an Email back, including a MAP of the MLS LISTINGS that match!
After recieving the search, I ask you to pick out your top choices, usually 3-5 homes. After recieving your email with the homes you would like to see, I will call the listing agents and/or tenants, if occupied, to set up a showing. As soon as we find the right home, I help negotiate the price and assist in getting our purchase offer accepted, or our rental application approved. I became very good at finding people the type of home that they wanted and at the price they could afford!
I really enjoy helping others find homes and negotiating great deals. I knew it would take a few years to grow my business and asked myself, "Where would I want to live, if I could live anywhere in the world, to build my Real Estate career?" Before moving to Florida, I attended and graduated Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona with a degree in Business and Communication. I met such great people while going to Arizona State University, that I decided to move back and live in Scottsdale, Arizona and build my Real Estate career as a Scottsdale Buyers Agent working full time for Phoenician Properties Realty. It has been a great decision and I am grateful everyday for what I am acheaving in my life.
