So That I Can Acquire Reo Properties To List, For Instance, Reotrans, Ocwen, Bank Of America, Pas,Reo, Precision Asset Management And Homeq Reo.
In My Search I Found That Some Will Let You Join For Nothing. Others You May Ask You To Pay, From $59 To $995 A Year, I Wanted To Join One And Thought I Would Run It By The Realtors In The Group Hoping They May Be Able To Tell Me Which One Was The Most Productive One To Join. I Tied To Join Pasreo , I Think It Was About $995 Year, But You Have To Be Invited Also. I've Worked With Homeq With Shorts Sale(No More Of Them) And I Listed Hud Homes For A While, But They Cut Me Off And Made It Clear They Had All The Realtors They Needed. Ocwen Is Ok But They Take 1.5% Off The Top Of The Sell Back. I've Been A Realtor For 8 Years And Have A Crew For Trashout And Repairs But Realtors Are Reluctant To Help You Break Into This Area Of Real Estate.

Lilliann, welcome to the club. It seems nothing is free anymore. I don't know how you could proceed without reotrans and they do seem to be worth the money. It does get you exposure and thats important. I'm approaching the REO business as a long range enterprize. Don't get discouraged. We have been contacting Asset Managers after we close an escrow with them and even thats not breaking down the door rapidly. Social networking like this is supposed to work. Hang in there,
