Special offer

Are you really helping your clients sell the home?

Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Holman Premier Realty

I was talking/venting with another agent in the office about some of the lack of information in our local MLS lately.  One picture, minimal description, other things that we felt that if the seller knew, they would find a new agent.

So, it became a bit of a contest to find the worst offenders in the picture department.  "Look at *****"

"Oh geez, that is bad, couldn't they move the beer cans first?"

"Check out *****!"

Then I found this gem.  Yep, it is the only picture in the MLS.

Can't help but wonder how you have time to picture check your local mls. While that's really none of my business it might be the business of your clients that depend on you to sell their investments. Just food for thought

I love my job!

Carol -  I was working on a CMA, the other agent was looking for comps to formulate an offer.

Are they selling junipers?  Isn't it nice to know that is your competition?

So here is more food for thought.  I just moved to Chiloquin from California and I found my home on the internet.  When the pictures weren't good I moved on and the home I purchased had not only perfect logical pictures, but it had a movie set to music.

That being said, I couldn't agree more with your comment Darlene!
