Amphitheater
The City of Alpharetta has chosen Encore Parkway to become the home of the 12,000 seat amphitheater which will be owned by the Woodruff Arts Center and operated by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (ASO). This long awaited and anticipated Amphitheater will become a reality in the summer of 2008.
The amphitheater, is the first step in the plans for Encore Park for the Arts. They are also planning a performing and visual arts complex and education center.
We will be able to atten world class events close to home and promote Alpharetta. Alpharetta is situated off the 400 corridor along with Roswell, Cumming, & Dawsonville.

5/1/08: The Amphitheatre will open May 10th. There will be 1200 trees are throughoutthe Amphitheatre grounds with mature hardwood trees on the lawn. There will be approximately 40 flat screen TV's in the plazas., Exclusive VIP area, Projection screens near the stage, 2 story bathrooms.
2/8/08: Things are moving right along. A model of the amphitheater has been unveiled by The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra which is being built west of "Westside Parkway and beside Encore Parkway in Alpharetta. A park-like setting will preserve the 45 acre property. The amphitheater will seat 7000+ under the roof and another 5000 on a lawn area. This will be a beautiful area to listen to a concert and enjoy the surroundings.
