Lexington Villas is now be marketed and constructed by the same group that runs the Epcon Community on the other side of Columbia. In a recent move, Epcon Columbia will take over the sales and marketing of both communities. The change brings actual day to day Epcon employees and partners to Lexington Villas. Epcon Communities has found in their 25 years of business that this is the best formula for success.
