What features are important to you? You may find it helpful to make a checklist of things you need to have and would like to have in a home. This way you can zoom into the features you must have versus just randomly looking and getting frustrated with so many choices.

What interior features are important? (office, den, dining room, laundry room, flooring, etc.)  
Other features - handicap accessible, no stairs, fireplace, etc.

I chose this to read this morning because I usually have an email relationship with customers long before they actually come here to look at property. I ask them to tell me what they want and WHAT THEY DON"T WANT so I can tailor a search for them and start suggesting possibilities.
